Immunity boosting green soup

This immunity boosting green soup is packed with antioxidants and vitamins.


  • 1 Small potato diced
  • About 3 heaped tablespoons broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 2 heaped tablespoons curly kale chopped into small pieces
  • About 3 inches leek chopped into small pieces
  • Half small onion diced
  • About half a tablespoon edamame beans ( optional )
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Half a teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 200ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • sprinkle Chia seeds ( optional for extra protein)


  1. This recipe has been created to make one bowl of soup using the Just Me soup maker
  2. Place all of the vegetables inside the machine with the herbs and salt and pepper
  3. Either user your own stock or make up 200ml with half a stock cube or half a stock pot and 200ml of hot water. Pour into the Just Me Soup maker
  4. Connect to the power supply. Attach the lid and make sure that the shape of the lid aligns with the shape of the cup. When the lid is aligned the lights will stop flashing.
  5. The machine will automatically flash on the 'Smooth' function. Press start to begin cooking. The 'Smooth' Light will remain solid and the cooking will start.
  6. The soup maker will begin the program by gently cooking your ingredients. After several minutes the blending cycles will begin
  7. When the machine has finished cooking and blending, it will beep 3 times.
  8. Remove the lid, take care as the contents will be hot. Pour out your delicious soup and serve.
  9. TIP : Swap out any vegetables for something else green, whatever you have in the fridge. Peas, Sprouts, green beans. This is all about you so make it Just how you like it .
