Free standard delivery

This items qualifies for FREE standard delivery using Amazon courier services for UK and Northern Ireland only. Orders placed before 8pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be dispatched the following working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

All of our orders are sent using Amazon courier services which means delivery schedules extend to over the weekends too.

Amazon should provide a tracking link to your email address.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be dispatched the following working day.


If your order has not arrived 3 working days after the dispatch date for UK orders please contact us to investigate.

In the event of non-delivery (an order/item not having arrived 3 working days after its dispatch date as a result of a fault by courier or an error in the delivery process), please contact us at In this instance we will offer to replace your order, or alternatively a refund can be provided depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or defective goods

If your product is faulty please get in touch with us straight away. All our products have a 1-year guarantee so if your product stops working within the first year of ownership simply contact our Consumer Care Team who will be happy to assist you – this will also apply for sales through AMAZON – drop us a message at we will be happy to assist you .

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your product in which to cancel if you wish to. It is important that you contact us within the 14 days to let us know that you have changed your mind. Once your return is authorised, the consumer care team will issue you with an RMA ( Returns merchandise authorisation ) and then a Royal Mail pre-paid shipping label for you to return the product. Please affix the shipping label and send the item back to us. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. When you return products, their condition should be similar to that when it was delivered to you. All the products you return should be complete with all packaging, user manuals and chargers, because incomplete returns will not qualify for a refund, and will be classified as unauthorised. Refunds will only be applied to the card you used to pay for the product.

Terms of use

Justme Products shall not be liable to replace or repair the goods under the terms of the guarantee where :

  1. The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations, or where the fault has been caused by power surges or damage caused in transit.
  2. The appliance has been used on a voltage supply other than that stamped on the products
  3. Repairs have been attempted by persons other than our service staff.
  4. The appliance has been used for hire purposes or non-domestic use.
  5. The appliance is second hand.
  6. Justme Products reserves the right not to carry out any type of servicing under the guarantee at its discretion.
  7. Damage from leakage is not covered by guarantee.

The guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
