Vitamin Booster Green Soup

Cruciferous vegetables are a rich source of compounds known as glucosinolates, which may help fight cancer. This soup is also packed with Vitamins C and K and loaded with fibre


  • 1 Potato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • about 2 tbsp chopped broccoli ( traditional, tenderstem or purple-sprouting)
  • about 2 tbsp chopped kale / cabbage / spring greens
  • a small handful spinach
  • any green veg ( beans, celery, peas )
  • 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 200ml 1/2 knorr vegetable stockpot or 1/2 stock cube ( veg or chicken) or homemade stock


  1. This particular soup on the photo was made with spinach, broccoli, potato, onion and cabbage. You make this just how you like it with whatever is left in the fridge
  2. Chop up your vegetable pieces nice and small and place inside the JustMe soup maker along with herbs and seasoning
  3. Make up 200ml of stock by either using your own stock, or with 1/2 stockpot / stock cube . Pour over the veg to the MAX line.
  4. Replace the lid and select the SMOOTH function on the machine, press START button
  5. The program takes 19 mins to cook and blend the soup to a smooth consistency
  6. When the soup is ready, the Justme Soup maker will beep 3 times.
